    The breakfast spread was really good, with live counters for eggs and dosas that delighted my taste buds. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a fantastic shopping mall.

    What a really really nice stay, no reason to complain. Clean place & absolutely courteous and reasonably good staff. Free parking and savoury and well organised breakfast with so many varieties of options and fabulous options, as for instance. Fantastic central location, close to garden, and the Restaurants. Nearby Rude Lounge - great place to chill out. Efficient check-in, late check-out. The pool was good, comfortable to sit around.

    We had a fantastic getaway with friends here. The hotel is well-located, giving us easy access to local attractions and shops. The breakfast spread was amazing-a true highlight! Plus, the staff, especially in the restaurant, went out of their way to ensure we had a nice experience.

    We faced a delay when our initial room had a non-functional AC, which took a while to resolve after multiple calls.

    We liked the fact that we could have our delicious breakfast in the relaxing garden ; there was a very zen atmosphere thanks to the nice, dark brown furniture, bamboo and water falls. In Dec. The weather's very nice in Pune so it's a plus for a hotel to provide its guests with an outdoor option for meals. The room was very comfortable.

    The desk phone was not working properly so we couldn't answer outside calls, which created a huge problem as we were supposed to be picked up at a certain time from the hotel! We ended up booking the hotel 4-wheel drive to take us to our final destination, involving extra costs.

    The food served was bad and quality of the food was sooo bad that I would have got better food in an ordinary dinner , coffee was served in stained n dirty coffee cup , the soap in the room was dirty, I have traveled all over the world and never got a dirty soap bar even in a hotel that is way below Sheraton standard . On the whole it was a bad experience . But the staff were good and courteous.
